Privacy Policy

1. Purposes and information collected

For registration, verification and account management, the Company processes email, password hashes, name or representative name, telephone, country and member type. Business verification uses company name, address, business identifier and supporting documents where applicable. Partner profiles and matching use submitted introductions, portfolio URLs, profile images and documents. Projects and applications include submitted descriptions and attachments. Required fields are indicated in the relevant form.

2. Transaction, verification and usage information

Contract administration uses party information, contract terms, signature images, signing times and verification records. Billing and settlement use order, payment, subscription and escrow identifiers, amount, currency, status, periods and provider results. Email and SMS verification and service notices use contact details and sending or verification records. Authentication, language preferences, security and troubleshooting use tokens, cookies, browser storage and related access or processing records. Card, bank and identity information collected directly by payment providers is also subject to their privacy policies.

3. Grounds for processing and choices

The Company processes necessary information on applicable legal grounds, including entering into or performing a contract and meeting legal obligations, and obtains separate consent where required. Withholding optional information does not prevent basic use, but may limit features that need it. Acknowledging this policy is not blanket consent to all third-party disclosures, international transfers or marketing.

4. Disclosure and external services

Publicly submitted projects and partner profiles are displayed to other service users; application and contract information is shared with the relevant parties. INNOPAY receives the name, contact details, email and order information needed for payment; PayPal receives subscription and transaction information; Escrow.com receives party emails, contract amounts and transaction details. Twilio supports SMS verification and notices. Address search may use Daum Postcode and Google Maps. Other disclosures require a lawful basis and any required notice or consent.

5. Service providers and international transfers

External payment, escrow and messaging services may process personal data outside your country. International transfer notices must specify the recipient and contact, destination, data, purpose, timing and method, retention, legal basis and how to refuse and the consequences. Hosting and email providers, actual contracting entities, destinations and retention periods remain subject to operational confirmation. Naming a provider does not replace any required transfer consent.

6. Retention and deletion

Member information is generally retained until account deletion or fulfillment of its purpose and unnecessary information is deleted without undue delay. Records required by law are retained only on the relevant basis and for the required period. Where Korean e-commerce law applies, contract/withdrawal and payment/supply records are retained for five years, consumer complaints/disputes for three years, and advertising records for six months. Electronic files should be deleted so that recovery is impracticable and paper records shredded or otherwise destroyed. Retention for application reviews, access logs and backups, and deletion of residual contracts and attachments, require operational confirmation.

7. Your rights and safeguards

Subject to identity verification, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and withdrawal of consent. Use available My Page editing/deletion features or contact the Company. Legal representatives and authorized agents may exercise rights as allowed by law. If a request is restricted, for example by statutory retention duties, the reason will be explained. Safeguards include password hashing, authentication and access checks. Browser settings can block or remove cookies and storage, which may affect login and language preferences.

8. Contact and updates

Address privacy requests to Global Made Company at Unit 1002, Building 104, 92 Maehwa-ro, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. The privacy officer or department and email/telephone contact are awaiting confirmation by the operator.
